What started as a local window cleaning service cleaning commercial storefronts in 1962 has grown into a comprehensive exterior cleaning company. Spotless serves both residential and commercial clients throughout Virginia. While we’ve expanded our services to include softwashing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and specialty commercial services, our core family values and commitment to customer satisfaction remain the foundation of our business.

At Spotless, we believe in hiring for attitude and values, and training for skill. Our technicians are naturally positive, engaging, and courteous professionals who know that customer service is a critical component of the home service experience.

All of our newly-hired technicians are required to complete the “Spotless U” training program prior to visiting a customer’s home. Our training program includes online coursework provided by the International Window Cleaning Association (our industry trade group), in-person technical instruction by our experienced staff, OSHA safety training, and jobsite simulations.

All of our technicians undergo an extensive pre-hire criminal background check administered by a third-party vendor, Checkr.com. You deserve to know who’s working in your home.
