The Home Protection Plan (HPP) is an all-in-one home service plan with a core, recurring window cleaning service (at least semiannual) and exclusive savings on Spotless’ other services (pressure washing, softwashing, gutter cleaning). Our HPP is ideal for homeowners seeking one reliable provider for multiple exterior cleaning services throughout the year. Are there limits on the number of services I can schedule with the Home Protection Plan or Gutter Service Plans?
The Home Protection Plan has no limits. Members can schedule window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning throughout the 12-month term, all with 10% savings. Gutter Service Plans follow a set schedule—the Gold Program includes four services plus a fifth free, while the Silver Program includes three services with the fourth at 50% off.
Why is there a $50 enrollment fee for the Home Protection Plan?
The $50 annual fee activates your benefits for the full year, including 10% savings on services, a free 1st quarter touch-up cleaning, locked-in pricing, firm-date scheduling, and no blackout dates. It secures priority status for your plan and is a one-time, non-refundable membership fee.
Should I schedule all of my services in advance?
Yes. One of the biggest advantages of a home service plan is the ability to set your schedule in advance. Whether you are enrolling in a Home Protection Plan or Gutter Service Plan, let our helpful staff pre-schedule the right dates for your home so you don’t have to remember to call us later on. Pre-booking your services for the year ensures firm-date scheduling, avoids peak-season delays, and keeps your property protected year-round. Appointment changes can be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
